Poverty in America is at an all-time high leading to greater vulnerability of families. The intergenerational effects of poverty are staggering; for example, we know that housing insecurity is inextricably linked to periods of prolonged poverty.

As such, our mobile outreach teams focus much of their work on the provision of short and long-term housing assistance to families and individuals, working to interrupt the cycle of crisis and enable them with a path out of poverty.

This program utilizes a strengths-based intensive case management model. We advocate for and assist individuals with navigating the complexities of securing housing, and connect them to a broad-spectrum of wrap-around support.
