He also cowrote Varo’s initial application for a National Bank Charter. Before Varo, Adam managed pricing and passenger strategy at Lyft across 190 markets, where he drove a cross-functional marketing and product roadmap to optimize retention and conversion through in-app features. He led the successful testing and scaling of first-in-industry subscription products, ride passes, stored credit, and rewards offers.

Adam also cofounded and was a partner at CROSBY, a business strategy and creative design agency based out of New York, where he led CROSBY’s industry-leading fundraising strategy and presentation development work, helping companies raise over $300B in capital.
