Jon Green

After graduate school, Jon joined the Deloitte family in 2007. He is a partner in the Pacific Southwest practice, and currently leads the firm’s Audit & Assurance business in the South Bay “neighborhood” of the greater Los Angeles area. In his leadership role, Jon focuses on cultivating relationships with executives and other complementary service providers across the South Bay and the greater Pacific Southwest, as well as leading other partners and directors in the practice as they look to grow their client bases. He also oversees teams delivering audit and accounting advisory solutions for clients across a wide variety of industries and stages of maturity, ranging from private venture-backed start-ups to multinational publicly traded companies.

Jon and his wife Mallory both graduated from Baylor University and currently attend Journey of Faith in Manhattan Beach, California. They actively work to instill in their own children, Elise (8), Max (5), and Bennett (1) the faith-based values they learned from their parents.

Jon and his family relocated to Los Angeles in 2018, and added Bennett to the family dynamic in 2019. In prior stops on his professional journey, which have included Dallas, the greater Tri-State area, and Las Vegas, he has previously contributed to a variety of community-focused endeavors, including as a member of the Young Philanthropists Society of the United Way of Southern Nevada, serving on the hospitality/greeting committee at Life Baptist Church in Las Vegas, and serving on the finance committee at Valley Ranch Baptist Church in Texas. Jon is energized by meeting new people and leveraging his influence and network to make a tangible, positive impact on the lives of others.
