Carl Christoferson

Christoferson is the Principal of Oregon Investments, a private investment company investing in and advising private companies since 2009. He has and continues to serve on various private company and non-profit boards of directors in addition to providing consulting services.

Prior to founding Oregon Investments, from 1985-2010 he was the Chief Financial Officer and an equity partner in Kuni Automotive, a large multi-state primarily luxury retail automobile dealership group. He continues to serve as the Trust Protector and Distribution Advisor for the Kuni family trusts.

Christoferson began his career after graduating from the University of Oregon working as a CPA for the Portland, Oregon office of Arthur Andersen & Co, which transitioned into KPMG. Though he is currently inactive in the National Association of Corporate Directors Mr. Christoferson holds NACD recognitions as a Board Leadership Fellow and a Governance Fellow. He was a Certified Public Accountant from 1983-2018, a Chartered Global Management Accountant and an Accredited Investment Fiduciary. Christoferson was the first named Oregon Business Journal CFO of the year for large private companies in 2007.

Community Leadership Activities:
Member, Salvation Army Western Territory Advisory Board, Past President, Oregon Historical Society, Past President, La Salle Catholic College Prep Foundation, Past Chairman, Salvation Army Metro Advisory Board, Past President, Financial Executives International Portland chapter, Past Chair of the Wayne D. & Joan E. Kuni Foundation Board of Advisors. He has also served on athletic committees, coached youth sports and served in various other community activities.

Christoferson is fluent in German, enjoys active traveling with family and friends, skiing, bicycling, fishing, bird hunting, golf and other outdoor sports.
